Jonathan Ritchie has been in the construction related industry for over 21 years. He served as Vice President of National Accounts for Ahern Rentals and was there for nearly 20 years. He traveled the country developing relationships and sharing the culture that was born from Ahern Rentals’ start in Las Vegas in 1953. He was instrumental in the acquisition, setup and administration of construction site rental stores and direct handling of contractors, managers, owners and regulatory agencies. He developed the National Accounts program from inception including customer incentive programs, compensation programs for reps as well as writing all national, regional and local agreements. Additionally, all event agreements (NHL, NFL, Speedway Motorsports, etc) and promotional events were negotiated and administered with the help of Jonathan and his team. After many great years at Ahern, Jonathan decided to follow his dreams and start his own company in 2014. He decided to open a supply company and began working with vendors and manufacturers that could provide great products to his valued customers of many years.

He has opened new divisional offices, relocated company headquarters from securing office space to coordinating warehouse space and crew living arrangements. He implemented new onscreen estimating databases, developed and coordinated nationwide sales and marketing plans. After negotiating $80m worth of work at MGM Citycenter he transitioned into a Project Executive, managing several Project Managers, Superintendents and support staff to complete the work profitably.
